Inside ZUHA: Dubai’s newest ultra-luxury private island resort
The island resort, which is currently under construction, will reportedly open to visitors by 2025
Dubai will soon be home to ZUHA, an ultra-luxury private island resort located on the Dubai World Islands. The island resort, which is currently under construction, will reportedly open to visitors by 2025.
The island, which is over 2.5 million square feet with 2.5 kilometres of beachfront, will feature a boutique retreat, 30 “limited edition” exclusive private residences.
ZUHA is 12 minutes away by boat from the Jumeirah Beach Welcome Centre next to the Four Seasons, Dubai.

The resort will include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, eight-bedroom villas and a treehouse villa.
All 30 of the residential villas, reportedly priced at AED63 million, will also include a spa and restaurants.
Aside from this, the luxury island will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, a ceviche bar and a beach club. Guests will reportedly be able to access Zuha Beach Club from January 2024.
The island is the third development to join the Dubai World Islands portfolio.
