Glue.Stop: Blending Organic Materials and Modern Techniques into Striking 3D Wall Art.

Glue.Stop began during COVID, not from a business plan, but from a moment of creative freedom. When life finally slowed down, Munira gave herself the space to explore a creative pull she had felt for years. Her first piece was made for her own home, but the response surprised her. What started as compliments soon turned into interest, and that single artwork became the beginning of Glue.Stop.

Intuition Over Instruction.

Munira creates from intuition rather than trends. She doesn’t sketch or plan rigidly. Instead, she visualizes each piece in her mind and lets it take shape naturally as she works. Her process is fluid and instinctive, allowing the artwork to evolve on its own.

She works with natural, tactile materials such as dried leaves, flowers, wood, paper, cotton, and plaster. Each piece is built in layers, with texture and depth at its core. If something doesn’t feel right, she adjusts along the way, embracing trial and error as part of the creative journey.

A Distinctive Style Rooted in Texture and Depth.

Glue.Stop is known for its three-dimensional wall art, often created directly onto frames. Rustic pieces are paired with wooden frames, while more modern or abstract works sit in metal or gold frames. Over time, Munira’s work has grown more experimental, moving into paper mache and plaster-based textured art, reflecting her curiosity and willingness to evolve.

Munira has showcased her work across several exhibitions and art fairs in the UAE. She has participated in The Ripe Market at Umm Suqeim, exhibited as a creative artist at INDEX 2022, the region’s largest international interior design trade show, and taken part in World Art Dubai 2023, where her artworks were featured in a prime spot and received an incredible interest from visitors. Her work was also featured in Artezaar’s “Summer Hues” exhibition at Cross Borders Art Gallery.

In 2023, Munira was shortlisted for the Art Circle Award, a significant milestone that led to her becoming a part of this prestigious art group, alongside renowned local and international artists, art professors, and fellow shortlisted award participants.

Navigating Challenges and the UAE Creative Market.

While marketing and visibility have been challenging, the UAE’s diverse and design-focused creative scene motivates brands like Glue.Stop to be unique and different. Every piece is still handmade, created with care, patience, and perfection. In a world that moves fast, Glue.Stop chooses intention, depth, and story — turning wall art into something meaningful.

Today, the brand continues to promote and create new designs to suit various collectors – who love unique, one of a kind rustic and modern handmade wall art.
