Alma Health expands exponentially
After experiencing exponential development in 2022 and increasing its revenue by an astounding 11 fold in just one year, Alma Health is poised to overtake other regional digital healthcare providers as the top provider in the area.
In 2022, the digital health service company fulfilled 50,000 orders through its cloud pharmacies and over 20,000 consultations through its online clinic. The provider began operations in Abu Dhabi, quickly moved to Dubai and Cairo, and will begin operations in Riyadh in the first quarter of this year. Starting with only 10 employees and now sitting at over 50, Alma Health has dramatically increased the size of its team over five times to support its worldwide growth in operations. 80% of the team is made up of healthcare professionals in addition to software developers and product managers.
Khaldoon Bushnaq, co-founder of Alma Health, said, “We are thrilled to see such tremendous growth in such a brief period of time. It is satisfying to see that our efforts are actually having a positive impact on the community. Our goal has always been to change the lives of people who are dealing with chronic conditions.
Alma Health is committed to offering people with chronic illnesses access to high-quality, practical, and reasonably priced healthcare services. The company’s completely verticalized business strategy enables the seamless integration of services, such as doctor consultations, prescription fulfilment, and medication home delivery.
